Terms and conditions of Use for Buyers
Please take the time to read and understand the document carefully before placing your order. These terms will apply to all purchases of Goods when you order via our website (www.artistspringboard.com) our "Website".

artistspringboard.com is a portal for other parties such as Seller (Designer) to sell their product lines on this website. In addition, we provide links to the websites of affiliated marketing companies. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant or endorse the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals, or the content of their websites products.
By ordering any products from the site you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms. They form a legal agreement between you and the Seller (Designer) and can only be amended with our consent. Your use of the site itself is subject to our website Terms of Use. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change these Trading Terms from time to time without prior notice by changing them on the Site, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases you have made before the change is implemented.

Acceptance of your order
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when the product(s) have been dispatched.

All products that you order through the Website will remain the property of the Seller (Designer) until we have received payment in full from you on behalf of the Seller (Designer) for those products.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we will collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we take payment when we accept your order shortly before dispatch. If we cannot supply you with the product ordered, we will not process your order and will inform you.

Upon receipt of the goods, you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify the Seller (Designer) that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy. If no such action is taken, the Seller (Designer) shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please contact the Seller (Designer) – refer to your receipt for contact details of the designer. The designer will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to the designer if we refund any such payment to you in accordance with the Returns Policy.

Accuracy
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary depending on the settings of your monitor, software, or printer. None of the material contained in our Website is to be relied upon as a statement or representation of fact. All images, illustrations and descriptions of the goods are for information only. We do not give any warranty for the accuracy, suitability, reliability, completeness, performance, fitness, freedom from viruses or timeliness of the content or services contained on our Website. Whilst we try to ensure that our Website is reliable and available at all times, the Internet is not an inherently stable medium, and errors, omissions, interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time. Whilst we take reasonable care in ensuring that all material contained in our Website is accurate and up-to-date at the time it is posted, we cannot guarantee it.
Description of goods
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Cancellation
We may cancel an order within an hour if you chose Standard Delivery but Next Day Delivery, is only thirty minutes. You will be advised by email or telephone if we are unable to complete your order. Please note that you may cancel this contract if you give us notice by email at any time before the expiry of a period of purchase of the goods.

Delivery
Every effort is made by the Seller (Designer) to deliver the Goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. The Seller (Designer) aim is to deliver the Goods within 3 working days. If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the Goods, you will be asked to contact the courier service in order to arrange an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the Goods. You will be responsible for retrieving undelivered parcels. Please use an alternative address for delivery if you are out all day (e.g. work). Let us know if goods are urgent and we will try to help. You will be informed of any delivery charge payable when you place your order.
The amount of the delivery charge will vary depending on the value, size and weight of your order. You will be required to pay a further delivery charge where a change in delivery date has been requested by you. No delivery will take place unless payment for the Goods has been received. Please note that all packages containing Goods to be delivered to you will be weighed by the Seller (Designer) prior to their dispatch. Ownership of the Goods and the risk for damage to the Goods are passed on to you upon delivery.

International Delivery
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of the Seller (Designer) products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. artistspringboard.com reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.

Payment Purchases will be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.

Delays
Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond the Seller (Designer) control – for example, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed on behalf of the Seller (Designer) but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

Legal Ownership
The Seller (Designer) will retain the legal ownership of the goods until you have made full payment and we have received such payment. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to Seller (Designer) if the goods are refunded to you.

Damaged Goods
Credit notes will not be given for products with damages caused by a customer's misuse or neglect. If, at the time of delivery, the packaging is damaged, you are required to open the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the Goods. In the event of damage to the Goods, you should contact the Seller (Designer) and info@artistspringboard.com immediately. You must produce to the Seller (Designer) any receipt or other documents relating to the Goods in question together with (in the case of a claim for damage) the original packaging for the Goods. The Seller (Designer) shall repair or replace, any Goods damaged or lost in transit where delivery has been made by the specified carrier, provided there is written notification (as instructed above) of such damage or loss within 24 hours of the delivery date in the case of damage and within 24 hours of the anticipated delivery date notified to you at the time you place your order in the case of loss, in order to comply with carrier’s conditions of carriage.

Our aim is to provide a high standard of service at all times and would appreciate any feedback or keeping us informed on complaints for products you purchase through the site. Contact us so that we can ensure we are meeting your requirements.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. If you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know in writing by contacting info@artistspringboard.com. If you have already received the items, they must be returned to us in their original, unused condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. Please note that that made to measure items are non-refundable.
