You can return any item excluding made to measure items to the Seller (Designer) within 7 days for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Please also note that in the interest of hygiene, certain items are non-returnable, unless they are faulty.

Products we're unable to refund or exchange

Unless they're faulty, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange on:

  • Made-to measure
  • Jewellery
  • Hair accessories

The Seller (Designer) reserves the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fit for re-sale. All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • The original account no longer exists
  • The recipient requires a credit

We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery, and to always retain your proof of postage. We can only refund the value of the ordered items. Shipping costs of the original order cannot be refunded. Goods are returned to us at your own expense.

Please allow up to 5 days for your refund to be processed. Delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty or incorrect items being sent.

If you decide you do not want to keep any of the (returnable) items you have ordered, they must be returned to the Seller (Designer) within 7 days.
